Returns

Follow these steps carefully to ensure your return is processed and approved.

How to return:

  1. Email us. Send a message to kontakt@nordbybiagio.no with the subject line:
    "Return + your order number"

  2. We will be in touch. We will review your request and respond by email within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). No further action is needed until you hear from us.

  3. Pack and send. Pack the item securely, preferably in the original packaging. Attach the label to the parcel and drop it off at your nearest collection point.

Return requirements:

  1. Return within the deadline. Right of withdrawal: 14 days from the date you received your order. The item must be sent back within a reasonable time after notifying us of your withdrawal.

  2. The item must be in substantially the same condition. It must be unworn or tried on with care, free from makeup, perfume, odour, or damage, and must not be soiled or significantly deteriorated.

  3. Use the original packaging where possible. Remove any old labels and pack the item securely.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected. The full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of NORD by Biagio receiving your return, or from the date you provide documentation that the item has been sent back.

Return shipping costs 99 kr (NOK) and is covered by the sender.

Exchanges

NORD by Biagio offers a 30-day exchange period. Follow the steps below if you would like to exchange for a different size.

How to exchange:

  1. Email us. Send a message to kontakt@nordbybiagio.no and let us know what you would like to exchange for. Use the subject line: "Exchange + your order number"

  2. We will be in touch. We will review your request and send you further instructions by email within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). No further action is needed until you hear from us.

  2. The item must be in substantially the same condition. It must be unworn or tried on with care, and must not be damaged, soiled, or significantly deteriorated.

  3. Use the original packaging where possible. Remove any old labels and pack the item securely.

Your replacement size will be dispatched once the returned item has been received and inspected, and within 14 days of the return being received or documented as sent.

Return shipping costs 99 kr (NOK) and is covered by the sender.
